An american documentary about the Finnish-Russo Winter War of 1939-1940.

I saw bits of it in TV just the other night, and I though it was pretty well made. Some good reviews too, it seems.

I recommend for those interested in this prelude to Second World War.

Found the movie trailer for Winter War movie from the late 1980's.

The DVD should also have English subtitles. Scenes from the movie were used in the american documentary too.

Didn't want to open a new thread (as of yet at least). But there's an interesting Norwegian documentary about the sinking of the Tirpitz. I think it's a Norwegian TV production. Does anyone know what this documentary is?

It's about how three mini-subs sank / disabled the battle ship. Interesting footage!
