Man, that sucks big time. I love how the they say 'This level of usage is so extraordinarily high' ;/ Hope you find a better ISP.

I got an e-mail from my ISP one month, because I had broken my 40GB download limit by downloading 53GBs. But luckily they said as it was my first time there would be no extra charge, and any time atfer would be £1 per extra GB...

I've never gone over the BT download limit of 40gb. Not really found that much worth downloading.
